Care Corner Singapore Ltd
The Organization & Its Reach
Care Corner Singapore Ltd is a multiservice social agency which seeks to impact the lives of people in Singapore by providing care and sharing love. This is done through a network of services including family service centres, senior services, children and youth services, special needs and other specialist services such as counselling and family violence intervention.
Care Corner is a charity with an Institution of a Public Character (IPC) status and a member of the National Council of Social Services (NCSS). The organization’s services are offered to all, regardless of race, language or religion.
Care Corner believes that strong and stable families are the foundation upon which community is built, and that a vibrant family life is fundamental to the growth of individuals. As such, the organization’s focus is on serving, strengthening and supporting families. They serve and positively impact more than 50,000 beneficiaries each year with their team of dedicated staff, volunteers and partners through the range of social services and centres.

Care Corner seeks to remain relevant in its services to the community, through the identification of unmet or emerging needs and development and provision of programmes/initiatives to meet these needs.
One such initiative is the Care Corner Family Journey Programme which works with transnational couples, as cross-national/cross-cultural marriages between a Singaporean and a foreign spouse have increased over the years. Transnational families often grapple with the uncertainty of the foreign spouse’s ability to secure a Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP) and find suitable employment to contribute to the family finances.
In the field of youth work, in addition to the numerous programmes which works with youths at risk of falling into juvenile delinquency, Care Corner has also developed the “Youth Rangers” programme to develop youths into caring leaders, with positive social and life skills, who may then contribute back to the local and overseas communities in positive ways.
For all these areas of work in the community, Care Corner welcomes and appreciates support from both donors and volunteers so as to sustain and extend the services to all who would need it.
